Responsibilities
Lead the strategic sunset of an enterprise ticketing platform. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, low-risk transition for customers, internal teams, and downstream systems while preserving business continuity and data integrity. The Product Manager will own the end-to-end decommissioning lifecycle—from discovery and stakeholder alignment through migration, shutdown, and post-sunset validation. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, technical acumen, and experience managing platform transitions at scale
Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for sunsetting a legacy ticketing platform, including discovery, roadmap definition, migration, and final decommissioning
Lead cross-functional coordination across architecture development, change management, knowledge management, and operations to manage dependencies, mitigate risk, and ensure business continuity
Define and execute user, workflow, and data migration plans to replacement systems while maintaining service quality and compliance
Drive stakeholder communication, success metrics, and post-sunset validation to ensure a smooth transition and capture lessons learned
Qualification
Required
Strong cross-functional leadership
Technical acumen
Experience managing platform transitions at scale
Ability to lead the strategic sunset of an enterprise ticketing platform
Experience in discovery and stakeholder alignment
