Responsibilities

Define, scope, and manage the AI projects and ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope. Build detailed project plans, track progress , manage risks and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate closely with other teams which work on AI projects, ensuring synergy through coordinated timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Identify and resolve blockers and escalate issues when necessary
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly. Facilitate meetings and reviews to drive decision-making and alignment
Introduce best practices for reprehensibility, data/model versioning, experimentation tracking, and agile methodology in a dynamic environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence
Experience leading teams through the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from inception to deployment

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with either applied artificial intelligence or information retrieval and ranking improvements from a large-scale consumer facing product perspective
