Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs and business objectives
Conduct comprehensive searches for qualified executive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals
Screen executive-level applicants to obtain detailed information on work history, training, education, job skills, and leadership competencies
Prepare and maintain accurate employment records and candidate documentation
Contact potential candidates to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration status, and selection decisions
Provide detailed information to prospective candidates about organizational facilities, operations, benefits, career opportunities, and company culture
Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill executive positions
Conduct market research and document insights for recruiters, hiring managers, and business leadership
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future executive-level needs through proactive engagement
Participate in full-cycle executive hiring processes including screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation
Qualification
Required
8+ years of talent sourcing experience with at least 4 years focused on executive-level recruitment
8+ years of experience recruiting engineering talent in the technology sector, preferably within enterprise-level software, cloud services, or AI/ML innovation sectors
Proven track record hiring business, product, and engineering executives as well as executive-level individual contributors within the technology industry
Direct experience working with hiring managers and business leaders on executive search initiatives
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level candidates
Strong negotiation skills and executive-level stakeholder management capabilities
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning
Proficiency with computer office productivity applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Expertise with talent acquisition applications such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Customer Relationship Management platforms
Advanced Boolean search capabilities and talent mapping expertise
Preferred
Executive search experience with an executive search firm combined with client-side executive search experience strongly preferred
Experience recruiting senior sales, marketing, and product leaders in the technology market highly desired
Experience hiring corporate function roles in addition to engineering roles is advantageous
