They are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their Technology Infrastructure team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting various operating systems, as well as troubleshooting and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, integrate, and support various mainframe, mid-frame, distributed, web, and PC operating systems and ancillary products

Review new and modified file transmission requests to ensure accuracy and compliance

Perform moderate to complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert to resolve infrastructure issues

Monitor infrastructure, respond to incidents, perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents, and follow defined procedures for routine, low priority incident resolution

Escalate new or high priority incidents to second level infrastructure support

Develop, design, and implement automation for manual processes to improve efficiency

Mentor or provide guidance to junior team members as needed

Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives
