Maintain organized records and schedules
Support cleanup of outstanding items and historical corrections
Assist with reporting cycles, audits, and month-end activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
Experience with reconciliations and financial document review

Clear communication and ability to follow procedures
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Team-oriented and adaptable
