The role involves supporting projects related to treasury, derivatives confirmations, securities operations, settlements, and collateral management, while translating complex business requirements into actionable deliverables.
Responsibilities
Analyze and document complex business processes in treasury, middle office, and collateral management
Translate business requirements into clear presentations, workflows, and logical paths for stakeholders and technology teams
Collaborate with Agile teams using Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and manage project deliverables
Support test strategy, release management, and change execution
Communicate effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and build teams
Contribute to strategic planning, risk assessment, and decision-making for operational initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business execution, strategic planning, or business analysis, ideally in capital markets, trading, or treasury operations
Strong experience with middle office, derivatives, collateral management, or securities settlements
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, create presentations, and guide solution delivery
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and moderately complex data analysis
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
