Responsibilities
Lead and monitor support team performance, reporting service levels to management
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure adherence to policies and best practices
Oversee ITSM software integrity and manage vendor relationships
Coordinate hardware deployments, inventory tracking, and compliance for firm assets
Develop and implement training, mentoring, and process improvements
Provide client reports and trend analysis; champion IT security awareness
Participate in firm-wide projects and research new technologies for readiness
Travel to other offices, as needed, and work beyond normal hours for project or issue resolution
Qualification
Required
5 years IT support experience in a professional setting required
Strong leadership and client service skills
Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations
Expertise in Windows OS, MS Office, and Microsoft 365
Experience with any of the following is a huge plus - Intune, Aderant, iManage
Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
Preferred
law firm experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with security technologies (SOC/SEIM, EDR, IAM, firewalls) preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
