Account Manager (Community Coordinator)

As a Community Coordinator, you will act as a key liaison for community partners, managing project communications and ensuring successful execution from initial discussions to project completion.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for community associations, boards, and property managers
Follow established sales processes to respond to inquiries, qualify opportunities, and guide next steps
Build and maintain long-term relationships that support repeat business and referrals
Schedule and lead meetings to discuss project needs, timelines, budgets, and expectations
Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals aligned with community goals and project scope
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand relationships and visibility
Collaborate with inspectors, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop accurate estimates
Participate in board meetings, pre-bid meetings, and project meetings as needed
Coordinate inspections and reporting to support accurate scoping and budget alignment
Provide consistent updates to clients and internal partners throughout the project lifecycle
Support on-call communication protocols to ensure responsive and professional client service
Support the transition from sale to production, ensuring scope, expectations, and documentation are clearly communicated to the production team
Communicate project progress to clients, setting clear expectations and addressing questions professionally
Support field documentation of project progress, helping ensure records, updates, and reporting are accurate and complete
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence leading client conversations
A service-driven mindset paired with sales awareness and follow-through
Excellent time management and organizational skills across multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Comfort using technology, CRM systems, and digital tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or additional education a plus
Preferred
Experience in association management, property management, or construction-adjacent roles preferred
