Responsibilities

Identifies new business opportunities through extensive research, persistent cold outreach, and telephone and email prospecting
Cultivates new business opportunities for sales professionals through cold calling and networking
Walk buildings to research tenants and building terms. Cultivate a compelling pitch for tenants to consider our services
Collaborate with senior broker team on approaches to potential clients for optimal success
Utilizes professional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level
Provides leads, schedules meetings, and stays in frequent contact with potential clients
Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients

Preferred

2+ years of business development/outbound sales experience
Experience with high-volume strategic outbound prospecting
