Responsibilities

Perform system installations, hardware and software upgrades, service repairs, and scheduled preventive maintenance on medical device systems
Complete accurate and timely service documentation for submission into the Quality Management System
Manage work-related travel and maintain clear communication based on weekly schedules provided by management
Prepare and submit accurate business expense reports in accordance with company policies
Support company initiatives related to Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and regulatory compliance
Ensure compliance with Food and Drug Administration regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and assigned tasks
Maintain professional, positive, and cooperative communication with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Perform additional related duties as assigned to support business and service needs

Required

Associate or technical degree, or equivalent relevant experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Mechanical assembly skills with the ability to work comfortably with tools
Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and perform hands-on field work
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of the organization
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment
Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to eighty percent of the time
Ability to work occasional overtime as required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering
Previous experience within a medical device environment
Technical writing experience
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed, or geographically diverse organizations
