Responsibilities
Review executed closing package for completeness
Request any required prior to funding conditions from title companies or brokers and review and clear once received
Index and identify any applicable documentation
Authorize loan for disbursement
Work purchase conditions provided by investors and collaborate with appropriate parties to satisfy conditions
Work with principal agent partners to get loans cleared for purchase
Qualification
Required
2 years mortgage related experience
Strong computer skills
FHA and HECM knowledge
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, title companies, brokers etc
Must have flexibility and ability to meet deadlines
