Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction with the solutions provided
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our customer management system
Assist customers in understanding our products and services, guiding them through features and benefits as needed
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues that require specialized attention
Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements for service efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
Preferred
Additional certification in customer service is a plus
Familiarity with customer service software and ticketing systems is an advantage
