Responsibilities
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and documentation within our HRIS
Support HR processes such as benefits administration, PTO tracking, and policy updates
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and employment requirements
Respond to employee questions or route them to the appropriate HR partner
Assist with HR projects related to engagement, process improvement, and documentation
Support the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting through offer stage
Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Help track recruiting metrics (pipeline status, time-to-fill, candidate movement)
Support onboarding preparation for new hires
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, coordination, or a related administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with systems and technology
Preferred
Experience with an ATS or HRIS (we use Rippling)
Exposure to recruiting coordination or HR operations
Experience in a remote or distributed work environment
