Content Marketing Manager
The Redesign Group is a global technology solutions consulting firm specializing in transformational services. They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own their content strategy and execution, influencing how the company communicates across the buyer journey.
Responsibilities
Own the content strategy
Define and execute a content strategy aligned to business goals, customer profiles, and buyer stages
Establish core themes, messaging frameworks, and narratives across solutions and industries
Build and manage a content roadmap spanning web pages, marketing campaigns, webinars, social media, blogs, long-form assets, and sales content
Create content templates for various platforms, channels, and buyer stages
Partner with technical subject matter experts to turn complex IT concepts into compelling, accessible content
Ensure consistency of voice, messaging, and positioning across all content touchpoints
Write and oversee various types content, including but not limited to:
Landing pages
Webinar assets
Solution briefs
Customer case studies
Email marketing
Social media
Sales enablement materials
Thought leadership and blog content
Track content performance and influence on engagement, pipeline, and sales adoption
Continuously refine strategy based on data, feedback, and market shifts
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B content marketing or content strategy experience (enterprise tech or IT services preferred)
Strong strategic thinking paired with excellent writing and editing skills
Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex technical topics
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, and executives
Preferred
Experience with infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, or managed services
Familiarity with SEO, CMS, and marketing automation platforms
Experience building content strategies for multi-stakeholder buying cycles
