Specialists will manage TADSS (Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations), ensuring equipment readiness, accountability, and support for training exercises across Active, Reserve, and National Guard units.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot TADSS equipment to ensure readiness for training events
Issue and return TADSS, maintaining accurate accountability and property records
Support units during training exercises with setup, technical guidance, and operational support
Conduct preventive maintenance and perform basic repairs on assigned equipment
Assist TSC Leads in day-to-day operations, including inventory management and reporting
Ensure compliance with Army policies, procedures, and safety standards
