The Lead Product Development Engineer will assist in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems, while also overseeing a team and ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement new designs, processes, and procedures for product development and testing, driving innovation and efficiency

Maintain effective communication between Engineering and Manufacturing teams to address issues promptly and ensure smooth operations

Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing departments to ensure all products meet established standards and specifications

Oversee the 3D Scan team, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development, ensuring the team meets performance expectations

Ensure consistent achievement of Tech Center production goals, implementing best practices for time management and efficiency

Apply and maintain approved development and manufacturing standards, including ISO requirements, throughout the entire development process

Ensure the facility, tools, and machinery are maintained according to company standards and resources

Supervise the distribution of proprietary engineering data to support employee training and development

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering-related field

5-8 Years

Proficiency in standard engineering design techniques and tools

Ability to perform routine engineering tasks with guidance and support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

Familiarity with engineering software and tools (SolidWorks)
