Responsibilities

Crafting lifetime internal and external relationships and playing a meaningful role in the customer experience
You will help find opportunities to drive the business towards a first-class digital experience
Supporting associates daily and coaching to desired behaviors
Fostering an environment of passion, growth and development
Leading others through change Implementing standards for optimized performance delivery, aligned with industry best practices
Partnering with Technology resources to ensure product rollouts to deliver maximum benefit to Fidelity
Carefully managing, monitoring and reporting results along with assessing and mitigating risk

Qualification

Brokerage operations experienceAlternative Investments knowledgeManagement experienceSeries 7 licenseSeries 99 licenseProblem-solvingEffective communicationAdaptabilityRelationship building

Required

4+ years of experience in brokerage operations required
College degree or applicable work experience
Series 7 or 99 license (can obtain within 90 days of hire)
Your problem-solving ability encourage creative solutions
Your effective communication skills
You know how to adapt and be flexible when the business changes
Your proven ability to establish links across the organization
Your ability to grow and deepen industry relationships

Preferred

2+ years of management and/or team lead experience preferred
Alternative Investments experience/knowledge is a major plus
