IT Support Specialist /IT Help Desk Support Analyst, 26-15002

The role involves providing first-line support for desktop and device issues, ensuring that business users remain connected and productive by solving problems and upgrading systems.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware/software issues
Install, configure, and upgrade systems, applications, and devices
Support Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, and Mac OS environments
Manage imaging, deployments, and workstation performance (Hard drives, RAM, memory chips, and other equipment.)
Track issues and document resolutions using helpdesk software
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in IT support
Skilled in Windows O/S
MAC support
Adobe Design Product
Office 365 apps
Comfortable juggling onsite and remote end-user requests
Known for calm communication and clear documentation
Preferred
COMPTIA A+
MCP
