Responsibilities

Handle complex cases relating to trusts, decedents’ estates, conservatorships, and adult guardianships
Represent clients in matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct and fraud, misfeasance and malfeasance in estate administration, investment mismanagement, financial elder abuse, conservatorship matters, and will and trust contests
Gain trial experience, work on fascinating legal issues, and have direct and frequent client contact on cases that profoundly affect families and organizations

Required

2-4 years of litigation experience
Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Candidates must be admitted to the California bar
