Responsibilities

Perform due diligence on both asset-level credit risk and fund valuation mechanics
Develop financial models for continuation vehicles, NAV facilities, and other structured solutions
Prepare offering documents, and other transaction materials
Manage investor outreach and diligence for credit and secondary mandates
Conduct market research on private credit and secondary market trends
Assist in structuring and negotiating transaction terms
Support business development by identifying opportunities in private capital markets

Required

Must have 1-3 years of direct credit experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, secondaries advisory, or investment banking, with direct transaction exposure
Understanding of the private equity industry and secondaries industry
Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn
Keen attention to detail
Strong analytical and technical skills (including extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Ability to think creatively in order to solve problems
Excellent communication skills
Organized, with good judgment and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
