Responsibilities

Provide regular updates on progress to ensure alignment and understanding of project baselines

Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements

Write user stories and translate them into detailed textual requirements to support projects that require non-user story documentation

Work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Participate in conference calls, actively contribute, and ask clarifying questions to uncover true business needs

Analyze requirements thoroughly, going beyond surface-level details to identify the right solutions

Coordinate stakeholder meetings and share availability to facilitate virtual scheduling

Required

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst

Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation

SQL experience

Ability to identify when to escalate issues and seek upstream guidance to ensure accuracy and timely resolution

Proficiency in translating user stories into clear, actionable textual requirements
