Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities
Process personal action forms, including promotions, terminations, department transfers, and new hire orientations
Collaborate closely with payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support HR functions for multiple locations across the Southern region
Maintain accurate records and documentation in HR systems
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of HR experience
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate next steps
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in HCM systems
Experience with Oracle, JDE, Smartsheets, Rambox
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
