Responsibilities

Designing and executing a global sales strategy across biopharma, oncology research, and clinical development organisations
Building early commercial structure around pipeline management, forecasting, and repeatable sales motion
Securing strategic reference customers and enterprise partnerships
Developing sales playbooks and scaling the commercial team over time
Working closely with product and scientific leadership to align commercial priorities
Defining product positioning and messaging across precision oncology use cases
Translating advanced analytics, multi-modal data, and AI-driven insights into clear customer value propositions
Owning go-to-market strategy for new product capabilities and platform expansion
Enabling sales through strong narrative, materials, and competitive positioning
Supporting investor-facing messaging as the company moves through Series A

Required

Strong understanding of oncology buyer personas across biopharma, research, and healthcare systems
Comfortable building from first principles in early-stage environments
Hands-on operators who can balance strategy with execution
