Responsibilities

Design and define end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture , ensuring scalability, security, and compliance

Partner with application and technology teams to design and deliver robust, enterprise-grade solutions

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Map business requirements to out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities , minimizing customization and ensuring upgrade-safe designs

Define and maintain platform architecture standards, roadmaps, and design guidelines

Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and project managers

Break down architectural solutions into clear, actionable components and effectively communicate them to delivery teams

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow governance, best practices, and upgrade-safe development standards

Support Agile delivery by guiding solution increments and contributing to technical backlog refinement

Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide strong documentation for solutions and integrations

Required

10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, development, and implementation

Hands-on experience with ITOM, Telecom Service Management, Order Management, and integrations

Strong understanding of TM Forum (TMF) principles and solution architecture frameworks

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development

5+ years of experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, RESTful/SOAP web services, XML, and JSON

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to present and explain technical solutions to business clients

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
