Research And Development Engineer
Akkodis is seeking a Research & Development Engineer for a 6+ months Contract position. The role involves conducting research and development activities, applying research theories, and summarizing results for communication to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Conducts research and development activities for an organization
Applies research theories, principles, and models when conducting experiments and research activities
Responsible for summarizing research results and communicating findings to internal and external bodies
May require a graduate degree and requires 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of complicated tasks
Leads and directs the work of others
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Typically reports to top management
Qualification
Required
Graduate degree may be required
0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

Requires the use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
