Responsibilities

Responsibilities will be hands on while also supervising the accounting staff, general ledger accounting, month end close, and preparing financial statements

Lead the month end and year end close and financial reporting including full profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

Supervise, direct and lead a small accounting department but also international accounting team as well

Establish, interpret, and analyze complex accounting records to support strategic decision making and ensure compliance with GAAP

Provide financial planning and analysis as required by the business

Monitor cash flow and take active role in working with customers

Set, comply, and improve internal controls, policies & procedures
