Required

B.A. or B.S. degree from accredited four-year university
5+ years serving as advisor/consultant for high-net-worth clients either with a wealth management firm or the tax division of an accounting firm
Commitment to acting in the clients' best interests in a fee-only financial planning environment
Belief in academically based investment philosophy
Respect for the confidentiality of client and corporate information
Strong financial and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience providing comprehensive financial planning advice
An understanding of the fundamentals of investing, including the characteristics and use of various investment securities, the mechanics of securities transactions, and the different types of investment accounts
Positive customer-focused attitude
Self-motivated to complete responsibilities without supervision

Preferred

social sciences or business major preferred
CPF designation (but would also accept a CPA + a Series 65 combination)
