Responsibilities

Contribute to strategic and operational planning, coordination and goal setting in collaboration with hospital and Ambulatory Administration, Imaging Services Leadership, Department of Radiology Administration, and University Leadership
Monitor, report and manage Imaging Services employee productivity and access to Imaging and Radiology
Recruit, manage, develop and motivate Imaging Services supervisors and employees - maximizing performance and employee satisfaction
Review, implement, monitor, and improve Imaging Services quality, performance and safety
Contribute to the development, implementation and management of plans to start new services, and grow existing service volumes
Develop, monitor, report and manage Operating and Capital Budgets - emphasizing comprehensive equipment and facility planning and ongoing expense reduction
Develop, communicate, monitor and enforce policies, procedures, protocols, pathways, schedules, and other work processes
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and accrediting standards
Participate in the development, implementation and management of Information Systems processing images, schedules, business and financial data and operational information, collaboratively with Administrative, IR, Financial, Admitting and HIM staff
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree
10 years of progressively responsible, related experience to include 3 years in a supervisory capacity
Applicants without the stated preferred degree, but with significant additional related experience may be considered
