Responsibilities
Lead and manage the assembly and inspection to meet production goals, quality standards, and delivery schedules
Establish and refine assembly and inspection procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards
Train, mentor, and develop production staff to build a strong, high-performing team
Partner with engineering and quality teams to ensure all products meet rigorous aerospace standards and customer expectations
Optimize workforce scheduling, tooling, and material flow to maximize productivity
Troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and leadership to scale operations effectively
Be willing to roll up your sleeves, solve problems on the fly, and adapt as the company grows
Qualification
Required
5+ years in aerospace manufacturing
Strong understanding of aerospace assembly, inspection processes, and quality control standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.)
Proven ability to manage and motivate production teams in a dynamic environment
Ability to analyze challenges, develop solutions, and implement process improvements
Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and willing to take on multiple responsibilities
