Responsibilities
Represent clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in General District and Circuit Courts across Northern Virginia
Develop legal strategies, draft and argue motions, negotiate plea agreements, and manage cases from start to finish
Handle federal criminal cases if licensed in federal court
Collaborate with our sharp, mission-driven team in a culture that emphasizes empathy, excellence, and accountability
Qualification
Required
Active Virginia law license
3+ years of criminal trial experience, with a track record of effective advocacy
Courtroom confidence, a strong work ethic, and a client-first mindset
Desire to grow professionally in a high-performing, team-oriented environment
