Responsibilities

Define long-term success metrics and growth strategy for major enterprise accounts
Build trusted executive and C-suite relationships, serving as a strategic advisor on AI and innovation initiatives
Translate complex business challenges into scalable, AI-powered solutions aligned to industry needs
Lead AI programs from scoping and design through deployment, optimization, and scale
Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure seamless execution
Own timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives
Establish delivery best practices and governance to ensure consistent quality and outcomes
Support pre-sales efforts through proposals, demos, and account strategy
Contribute to forecasting, resourcing, and long-term delivery planning
Represent the client voice in product roadmap discussions and innovation planning
Collaborate with internal leaders to ensure offerings remain relevant and high-impact
Mentor delivery teams, client partners, and program leaders
Model best practices in client engagement, AI implementation, and program execution
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement
Encourage responsible experimentation and human-centered technology deployment

Required

10+ years in program management, client solutions, account management, or enterprise delivery
Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or complex technical solutions for enterprise clients
Strong understanding of consumer-focused industries (e.g., fashion, e-commerce, automotive, beauty, wellness)
Proven ability to influence senior executives and grow multi-million-dollar accounts
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with comfort translating technical concepts into business value
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, scaling environments and leads cross-functional teams with confidence
