Responsibilities

Acts as primary point of contact for all internal and external parties

Leads business development, client interaction, and supports the process of facilitating existing client relationships and creating new client opportunities

Assists consultants in securing and onboarding with new client engagements

Ensures that adequate consulting resources are available to meet operational opportunities, across both brands

Ensures established quality standards are set, maintained, and client satisfaction is at a high level

Build a team of high-performing consultative finance and accounting professionals that meets the needs of the marketplace

Ensures all business information systems and processes are fully utilized and maintained in an accurate manner on a daily basis

Ensures high quality client engagements, manages and monitors Firm success and provides recommendations to improve market performance

Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources and influential individuals and businesses in assigned market area. This will be accomplished through attending events and organizations as well as networking meetings with individuals, both during and after normal business hours
