The role involves supporting treasury and global finance in sophisticated transactions, negotiating debt financings, and providing legal guidance on complex financial arrangements.

Responsibilities
Support treasury and global finance in sophisticated transactions, investments, joint ventures and business activities
Negotiate debt financings and restructurings including secured and unsecured debt investments
Negotiate and draft a variety of finance documents and advise clients on corporate bank credit facilities, guarantees, escrow arrangements, swap transactions, and letters of credit
Lead financial transactions related to mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures
Work directly with clients on strategic business initiatives, mitigation solutions, and complex financial arrangements
Provide legal guidance on asset and equity dispositions and international financing arrangements
Qualification
Required
8+ years' post J.D. commercial finance law experience in a leading law firm and excellent academic credentials
Current active admission to a US State Bar
Experience drafting and negotiating complex finance documentation
Ability to work under pressure, resolve problems and effectively complete projects
Self-confidence and strong attention to detail
High ethical standards and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
