Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage
Strong knowledge of Finance and related principles

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Licensing in relevant insurance fields, or ability to obtain required licenses
Preferred
Familiarity with local regulations and insurance products is a plus
