Responsibilities

Apply core engineering principles to solve process challenges
Lead technology transfer of standard and non-standard processes to manufacturing suites
Serve as MSAT’s process owner for commercial products and key customer contact
Support regulatory and client audits as product and process expert
Drive investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA to resolve process issues
Lead PPQ and CPV and use data to monitor process performance
Champion operational excellence and mentor colleagues to improve yield, cost, and efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field
Experience in pharmaceutical or a related industry

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
Collaborative communicator with customer-facing experience
Ability to assess change impacts, manage risk, and ensure safety
