Start in 2026 SummerUSTA National Campus is the national governing body for tennis in the United States, dedicated to promoting the sport's growth. The Finance & Accounting Intern will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and data analysis while supporting various business areas within the organization.

Responsibilities
Support the annual budget planning and projection process for USTA Coaching, USA Tennis, Play & Participation, the National Campus, and Facilities
Conduct Serve Tennis revenue analysis by business line and assist in building a pricing model to identify break-even scenarios
Partner with the Fulfillment Operations team to analyze inventory data, cost allocations, and process efficiencies
Evaluate the financial impact of Community Tennis grants and participation initiatives, developing ROI reports and dashboards
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of GAAP principles and interest in expanding financial and accounting knowledge
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end processes
Quick learner with intellectual curiosity and a desire to work across both transactional accounting and strategic financial analysis
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, working independently, and proactively asking questions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
