Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and support Autodesk & Bentley CAD systems (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, OpenRoads)
Manage updates, patches, configurations, and CAD standards
Provide Tier 2/3 support for CAD performance, licensing, and interoperability issues
Act as a primary technical contact for Autodesk and Bentley support
Administer licensing and support CAD data platforms (ProjectWise, Autodesk Docs, BIM 360)
Partner with infrastructure teams to optimize workstation and virtual environments
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in IT support, CAD systems administration, or software deployment
Hands-on experience with Autodesk and Bentley platforms
Strong Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting CAD environments in virtual or hybrid infrastructures
Preferred
Experience with ProjectWise, Autodesk Docs, or BIM 360
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, batch)
Relevant certifications (Autodesk, Bentley, CompTIA)
