They are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join their marketing team, where the individual will help build brand identity and support various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences

Create and update artwork for various advertising channels

Work with other creative team members to produce content

Examine existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

Work with basic knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond to requests on a wide range of project types, budgets, and timelines

Required

Associate degree in marketing, graphic design or related field required; bachelor's preferred

1-3 years of experience in graphic design required

Mastery of industry-standard software to create logos, design reports and complete other projects

Compelling portfolio with projects showcasing skills that are relevant to Silencer Central's visual content goals

Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets

Ability to organize and prioritize work

Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
