Supervisor, Maintenance
Oil-Dri Corporation of America is a leading manufacturer of specialty sorbent products used across pet care, agriculture, and industrial markets. They are seeking a hands-on maintenance leader to work alongside technicians, improve equipment reliability, and ensure safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
Lead and guide maintenance technicians (up to 50% hands-on coaching)
Troubleshoot equipment issues and direct repairs to meet MTTR/MTBF goals
Partner with production leaders to maintain machine efficiency
Coordinate preventive & predictive maintenance activities
Work with planner/scheduler to ensure parts availability and inventory accuracy
Maintain safety, quality, and Oil-Dri standards across all maintenance work
Support installation of equipment improvements and modifications
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years experience in industrial maintenance leadership or reliability
Strong mechanical and electrical background (high & low voltage)
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and SOPs
Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing full shift
Strong values of honesty, integrity, and accountability
Preferred
Experience with CMMS/ERP systems
