Responsibilities

Understands the US Life Science industry, industry segments (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, and Chemicals), companies, customers, partners, governments and societies
Builds high performing consulting teams to solve large, complex challenges
Leads project acquisitions by developing, presenting, negotiating and closing of proposals
Serves as primary point of contact for client executives
Supports decision makers when solving complex questions
Identifies project opportunities at various target clients/platforms/enablers/partners
Leads the problem solving and change management work streams during client engagements
Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members
Reviews and approves project delivery documents prior to presentations
Leads the collection, analysis and interpretation of client and industry information
Provides ongoing feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members
Enhances and trains Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools for Life Science
Assists other Porsche Consulting offices when required/applicable
Provides content for press articles and develops event presentations and other marketing materials for the Life Science practice
Speaks/Represents Porsche Consulting at relevant conferences as a subject matter expert

Required

Graduate Degree with focus on Medical, Biology, Health, Pharmacology, Business, Engineering, Operations Strategy and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
Hands on experience in Strategy and Operations Management, preferably in the Life Science sector
High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
Minimum 10 years of total professional experience in both consultancies and Life Science corporations
Track record of success with consulting clients, preferably in the Life Science sector
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
Goal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Porsche Consulting, Inc. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), or any other non-immigrant status)
Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Porsche Consulting, Inc. or an affiliated Porsche North America business may not be eligible for consideration
