Regional Sales Manager
Confidential company is seeking a Regional Manager to lead sales performance across a defined territory in a remote role. The successful candidate will manage teams in retail stores and in-store demos, utilizing data and technology to drive results while coaching and developing sales promoters remotely.
Responsibilities
Own sales performance for your assigned region — the numbers are yours
Build and retain your team through recruiting to fill gaps in Demo schedule
Coach and develop sales promoters remotely and through company communication tools
Use sales reports, dashboards, and CRM tools to spot trends and gaps
Hold teams accountable through regular check-ins, scorecards, and KPIs
Partner with local leadership to improve underperforming locations
Ensure brand standards, execution, and compliance are met daily
Qualification
Required
2–5 years in retail, sales, food service, or customer-facing environments
Daily use of a laptop and mobile device
Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or performance dashboards
Ability to learn CRM, scheduling, and reporting tools quickly
Comfortable managing multiple locations across time zones
Flexible schedule, including weekends
Preferred
Experience with multi-location or distributed teams preferred
Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, demos, events, or roadshow experience is a plus
Team lead or informal leadership experience strongly preferred
Recent grads with strong sales experience encouraged to apply
