Responsibilities

Direct and prioritize work based on roadmap initiatives, business need, etc
Work collaboratively across departments to enhance and document retail operations processes to improve the retailer and member experience
Day-to-day support of our retailer network and member services team
Manage issues and inquiries through the network support and retail operations queues
Lead implementations of new business processes and system features/functionalities
Gather and track data related to day-to-day performance and communicate opportunities for improvement
Investigate issues and monitor process adherence, identifying root cause and tracking short- and long-term countermeasures
Educate team members on system tools and processes
Perform data analysis, identifies trends, performance gaps, and process improvement opportunities
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Business Analyst experienceHealthcare experienceData analysisExcel proficiencySQL experienceProject ManagementRetail management experienceAnalytical skillsWritten communication

Required

High School/GED
2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Operations role
1+ years of experience in Healthcare or Financial Services
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite

Preferred

1+ years of retail management experience
1+ years of SQL experience
Project Management experience
Proven ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, and conferring cross-functionally
Proven solid written communication skills
Proven solid analytical skills
