The Associate - Technician role involves applying technical expertise and leadership skills to support manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in the production environment.

Responsibilities

Help with the setup of new production work areas to include tooling and equipment

Capable of operating material handling equipment including forklifts, fork trucks, and other ground support equipment as required

Helping with continuous improvement projects for area safety and efficiency

Perform routine functions such as daily clean-up of work areas, support 5S activities, and eliminate FOD (Foreign Object Debris)

Ability to move parts and tooling from one work center to another

Ability to work off-shift, extended hours, overtime, and weekends if/when necessary

Other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED

Experience in at least three of the following: Some experience with hand tools and assemblies

Basic computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc

Physical requirements include climbing ladders/stairs, working in small/confined spaces, performing repetitive work (lifting items up to 50 lbs), and working at elevated heights
