Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, Excel)
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data validation and testing
Mentor and lead team members in data intelligence practices
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role
Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools
Experience with Automation, Functional Design, and leading teams in an Agile environment
