Branding Operations Manager

Black Rifle Coffee Company is a veteran-founded company serving premium coffee and fostering a culture of integrity and innovation. The Brand Operations Manager is responsible for executing brand initiatives through operational support, logistics coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of brand events and sales enablement requests.

Responsibilities

Support brand activations, events, pop-ups, internal brand moments, and experiential initiatives
Coordinate logistics for events including product, swag, displays, shipping, setup, and breakdown
Track event materials and inventory to ensure readiness and minimize waste or duplication
Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Manage incoming sample product requests from Sales and cross-functional partners
Coordinate sample fulfillment, inventory tracking, and shipment logistics
Serve as a point of contact to ensure brand materials and samples are delivered accurately and on time
Support office operations as needed, including supplies, vendors, and light facilities coordination
Assist with planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and brand-related office needs
Work regularly in BRCC Warehouse for Branding operation needs
Act as an operational partner to Brand, Sales, and Operations teams
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute initiatives efficiently
Identify process improvements to streamline brand operations and reduce friction
Support vendor coordination related to events, branding materials, and office needs
Assist with tracking spend, invoices, and budgets related to brand operations
Ensure operational needs are met within approved budgets and timelines

Required

4–7 years of experience in brand operations, marketing operations, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related operational role
50%+ travel requirements
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience supporting events, brand activations, or sales enablement initiatives
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong attention to detail with a bias toward execution and follow-through
Experience working with vendors, logistics, and operational workflows

Preferred

Forklift Certified a plus
