Partner Strategy & Program Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Co-manages and follows through Channel Marketing content creation, ensuring marketing assets and playbooks land on time with the Field teams and is fulfilling seasonal business and marketing objectives
Drive dynamic Line of Business community communications flow, ensure community is kept informed, aligned and focused on key priorities of the cycle and updates to execute
Work closely with/reports directly to the Lob Channel Marketing leader to facilitate field landing
Works in collaboration with: Channel Discipline Leads, Product Marketing Team PMs, and Account Teams to providing feedback to Corp on asset effectiveness in Field
Track marketing asset utilization rates to inform subsequent asset development cycle
Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting field insights and drive community engagement
Purpose of the Team: They are the HQ function supporting regional marketers to land product messaging, campaigns, and assets globally
Global Field Landing Support: Gather regional feedback to improve assets and messaging; Act as the -voice of the regions- back to corporate
Community Management: Build, manage, and nurture the worldwide M365 marketer community
Monthly Community Calls: Agenda setting, speaker coordination, content readiness
Monthly Newsletters: Drive communication of product updates, asset availability, and heads up changes
Readiness Calendar: Co-lead the workback schedule for key launches (Back to School and Holiday); Ensure milestones and deliverables are met

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent training required
5-7 years of related experience required
Demonstrated experience in through-partner marketing
Proven success in partnering with cross-functional and regional teams to implement impactful growth strategies
Effective project/program management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great attention to detail with ability to work cross-functionally within a matrixed organizational structure
Must be a self-starter that effectively manages priorities to achieve results
Must have a can-do attitude and desire to learn with a customer service mindset

Preferred

Background in consumer technology or subscription-based business models is advantageous
Strong familiarity with AI-powered workflows
