The role involves managing project governance, data management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement in governance processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closure; facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders

Perform monthly data reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and deliver accurate tracking and reporting

Raise, monitor, and facilitate remediation of findings; define escalation and exception processes

Conduct reviews, host governance routines, and maintain governance materials, reports, and repositories

Identify gaps and recommend solutions to strengthen governance processes

Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and processes

Drive automation of existing processes and reports; create and maintain procedure documents

Effectively communicate ideas verbally and in writing to influence teammates, technology partners, business leaders, and executives

Deliver presentations, dashboards, and governance metrics to Sr. leadership
