Responsibilities

Customer Success Engineering: Partner directly with enterprise security teams to maximize their success with detections.ai
Strategic Advisory: Guide customers through detection strategy, helping them leverage AI-generated rules and community content effectively
Technical Enablement: Train SOC teams on using our AI tools to accelerate their detection workflows
Solution Architecture: Design implementation strategies that fit each customer's unique environment and maturity level
Voice of the Customer: Transform customer feedback into platform improvements and new AI capabilities
Community Bridge: Connect customers with relevant community expertise and detection patterns
Executive Engagement: Present to CISOs and security leaders on modern detection strategies

Qualification

Detection engineeringAI toolsCustomer-facing experienceDetection languagesSIEM platformsTechnical workshopsPresentation skillsCommunication skills

Required

3+ years in detection engineering, threat hunting, or SOC operations
Fluency in detection languages (Sigma, YARA-L, KQL, SPL) to advise, not necessarily write daily
Experience with multiple SIEM platforms and their deployment challenges
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to run technical workshops and training sessions

Preferred

Customer-facing experience in security (SE, PS, CSM, or similar) is a huge plus
