Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Support pricing strategies and contract negotiations
Lead development of order intake forecasts and budgets
Monitor order performance against targets
Evaluate new business opportunities for financial viability
Deliver timely reporting on commercial KPIs
Ensure adherence to financial policies
Drive cross-functional alignment
Mentor and develop finance team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) required
Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience
At least 5 years in commercial finance roles
Proven track record of driving performance
Preferred
Experience in multinational business environments
Proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools
Advanced Excel skills
