Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a consistent and values-aligned candidate experience
Oversee recruiting operations, including interview coordination, preboarding, and process optimization
Support active searches when needed through direct sourcing and pipeline development
Identify and implement improvements that streamline hiring while supporting equitable decision-making
Design, launch, and continuously improve onboarding, learning, and employee engagement programs
Ensure People programs reinforce culture, clarity, and operational excellence
Partner with leaders to embed inclusive practices into people processes
Own recurring talent cycles including engagement surveys, feedback processes, performance reviews, and compensation workflows
Use employee data and feedback to guide decisions and improve outcomes
Promote psychologically safe environments through trust and open communication
Maintain and optimize HR tools, documentation, and workflows across HRIS and ATS systems
Create clear toolkits and resources that make People processes easy to understand and follow
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related role
Proven experience owning and improving employee lifecycle processes
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive topics professionally
Experience working with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and collaboration tools
